What was the highlight of Le Monet Hotel

Le Monet is in an area surrounded by a pine tree forest, one of the few places in Baguio that still is clean and green. Across is an eco trail, and beside the hotel is a bakery and a few restaurants. A short hike up will lead you to a coffee shop and a strip mall offering px goods. There’s also a horse stable and butterfly sanctuary nearby. Parking is also available.

Breakfast is not necessarily included. You have to pay extra. Also a bit short on toiletries and towels.

What was the highlight of Le Monet Hotel

Cold buffet breakfast all dishes served are without food warmers! Rooms facing the road are extremely noisy due to traffic, the balcony doors have to be left open at night as their is no aircon in the room so you get to hear constant noise of traffic through the night! Mezzanine floor smells of chlorinated pool water making the stench unbearable to get in and out of the room. Overall a very bad experience!

Location is great and staff polite and efficient as always.

We’ve been coming here on and off since they opened and there is an obvious drop in quality of the room and premises. Where it was top of the line, it is now worn. Hasn’t been updated. Breakfast quality has dipped a lot since they opened. They charge Manila prices which is a bit too much.

What was the highlight of Le Monet Hotel

Location was good, away from the busy city. The manager was able to compensate us little bit by refunding the additional fee that I paid for an aircon room and gave us the snacks from the mini bar to make it up to us coz of their poor hygiene of their rooms.

Our room has a septic tank smell, at first the smell was very bad then it was gone after sometime but during the night the smell came back again it was just troublesome that's why we didn't asked to transfer room anymore since were staying for 1 night only. It gave us some problem waking up with headache and upset stomach though. During check out the receptionist wasn't helpful at all and didn't bother to hear out my concern so I asked to talk to the manager instead

The toilet was ok except for the poor drainage of the shower

Our reservation with my wife thru the trivago travel agent was not honored although i had a confirmation thru email that i got a reservation 1 week in advance We were not afforded the free breakfast Again upon check out i was told to pay 6500 when my confirmed reservation price was 4769 We have to haggle and wait until i was given the confirmation price Maybe this was not a lucky day or hotel for our special day with my wife

What was the highlight of Le Monet Hotel

Location is great. Ambiance is good.

This is the only hotel that did not care about our request. I asked them to help me surprise my husband for our anniversary. They just ignored us. No internet / wifi for 3 days and 2 nights (Oct 7 - 9, 2018) On going construction / painting (too noisy and horrible smell of paint while you are still sleeping).

My daughter loves the place coz its near the horseback riding thing...It also has an indoor pool thats why wer going back there again for sure. Rooms are all clean only theres no aircondition..

What was the highlight of Le Monet Hotel

The location was close to tourist spots, but not too close so you can still have some privacy and quiet. The bed was spacious. The balcony opened up to a good view of pines and the mountains. The breakfast was just okay and had a wide variety of selection, but needs improvement on quality, or maybe presentation.

Got checked in earlier than the regular check in time, thank you. The staffs were polite and friendly especially the bellhops. Our daughter had fun in the pool.

Linens a bit itchy, should have asked for it to be changed. One of the complimentary water bottles was opened and water was lesser than the sealed one. Room was a bit cramped for its price. Parking is across the street and if you have no driver to drop you off in the hotel driveway, would be easy to get wet when it’s raining..no one assisted with umbrella from parking.

Accesibility. The garden. Buffet breakfast.

When i checked in, they didnt inform us that the room has no airconditioning. .. well most of their rooms are fan rooms. You should included that in the site. And the pool is not heated.

Comfortable beds, and a nice little balcony for a morning coffee. Nice view as long as you're facing the forest

Overall a good stay, twinbed rooms feel a bit cramped though.

room had a nice view with comfy bed and pillows, nice toilet service of the staff was speedy except for the one time they forgot to jot down our reservation for the electric shuttle tour so we had to wait but overall, staff were very friendly Le Monet is one of, if not the best hotel in Baguio
